A newly built, fully furnished semi-detached
villa, overlooking the Vale
do Milho golf course. The villa boasts lovely views
of the sea from the roof terrace.
The property is fully air-conditioned and enjoys landscaped
gardens and a barbecue terrace. The Villa has a modern kitchen with washing machine,
dishwasher and microwave, a large lounge and dining area which leads out onto
the terraced patio. Digital TV, video and stereo systems are also there for your
use. There are 3 large bedrooms, two with en-suites and the third with a separate
shower room. Additionally, for those with small children, there are 2 baby cots,
a high chair, stair gates and a buggy.
The development also enjoys a fantastic new swimming complex
that includes a large main pool and a separate children's pool.
The Villa is situated within a short walking distance
from 'Rocha Brava' which has many excellent restaurants. The Vale
do Milho Golf
Club is also only a few minutes walk away. The Villa is within easy reach of
'Smugglers' and 'Centianes' beaches, many first class golf courses, such as Penina,
Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura and other sporting activities around the Town. There
are also two water Parks situated close by. Carvoeiro Town Centre is only a few
minutes drive away. Privately owned.
