A modern, fully furnished
semi-detached bungalow overlooking the Vale
do Milho golf course. The property has lovely views of the sea from the lounge,
master bedroom and roof terrace.
The property is fully air-conditioned and enjoys a lovely
patio and barbecue terrace set in landscaped gardens. The bungalow has a modern
kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. A beautiful lounge and
dining area complete with satellite TV and stereo are also there for your use.
The master double bedroom is fully fitted and has a separate family bathroom,
the twin bedroom, also fully fitted, has en-suite shower facilities.
The development also enjoys a fantastic swimmimg pool that includes a large main pool and a separate children's pool. Also a large sun bathing grassed area.
The bungalow is situated within a short walking distance
from 'Rocha Brava' which
has many excellent restaurants. The Vale
do Milho Golf Club is also only a few
minutes walk away. The property is within easy reach of 'Smugglers' and 'Centianes'
beaches, many first class golf courses, such as Penina, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Pinta, Gramacho and Silves
and tennis complex 500 metres away at Rocha Brava. There are also two water Parks
situated close by. Carvoeiro Town Centre is only a few minutes drive away. Privately
owned.
