The property is fully air-conditioned and has a modern open plan fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. It has a large lounge and dining area which leads out onto the balcony, which is ideal for sunbathing, dining or relaxing. There are 3 large bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bath/shower room. TV and video are also there for your use.
The development also enjoys a fantastic swimmimg pool that includes a large main pool and a separate children's pool. Also a large sun bathing grassed area.
The townhouse is situated within a short walking distance from 'Rocha Brava' which has many excellent restaurants. The Vale do Milho Golf Club is also only a few minutes walk away. The townhouse is within easy reach of 'Smugglers' and 'Centianes' beaches, many first class golf courses, such as Penina, gramacho and pinta and tennis complex 500 metres away at Rocha Brava. There are also two water Parks situated close by. Carvoeiro Town Centre is only a few minutes drive away. Privately owned.
